1. Website and service provider

In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), this section will be updated with the full registration details once the company is incorporated.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the ArenaSynth website and platform, operated by the provider (the "Site" or the "Platform").

Accessing the Site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice. Use of the Platform as a service is further governed by the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

3. Conditions of use

The user agrees to make lawful use of the Site, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful purposes or in ways harmful to third parties or to the provider.

The following is prohibited, by way of example and without limitation: damaging, disabling or overloading the Platform or its systems; accessing or attempting to access restricted areas or third-party accounts; extracting data from the Site (data mining, scraping) without written authorization; and infringing the provider's intellectual or industrial property rights.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site and the Platform (software, code, design, trademarks, logos, text and the components of the simulation engine) are owned by the provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Accessing the Site grants the user no rights over those contents beyond the authorized use.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of errors, and is not liable for damages arising from its use, on the terms set out in the Terms of Use and applicable law.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites over which the provider has no control. The provider assumes no responsibility for their contents or their privacy practices.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
